Pros: The process of pick up from shuttle bus to driving away was painless

Cons: I had hedged on my time for pick up and the facility made me wait until the precise time I booked the vehicle. Overall though whilst a little frustrating the wait was only 20 minutes or so.

Pros: Pedro Lopez was great. He explained everything clearly. He was excellent.

Cons: We arrived at a busy time. Despite the number of staff serving customers, it took a while to be seen

Cons: This is not a dislike,just a suggestion . As cars now have lots of "features", it would help if either a car manual or some simple instruction material on use of on board computer screen and things like cruise control and where to find the catch for the petrol and the bonnet was left in the car. It tool 20 minutes and a lot of searching to figure out how to open the bonnet and fill up the washer reserve. And I never did manage to use the cruise control on a long motorway journey.

Pros: They provided a literally new vehicle.

Cons: There was a hidden cost which I could not see online before the day of the rental. They set up an extremely high excess wave limit, then introduced me another c.200 euros can eliminate this excess amount. I had to choose to pay 200 more since they allocated me a new car, any small dent would be blamed and claimed if I did not buy this option in.

Cons: At the rental facility, someone should take the time to go over the features of the vehicle, as some foreign tourists aren't familiar with european vehicles. It was obvious that the attendants wanted you out of their as soon as possible. There wasn't a vehicle manual provided either. The driver seat in this vehicle was extremely uncomfortable.

Pros: Frankly not much. I am a frequent traveler and I have Hertz President’s Circle and Avis Preferred status…nothing about this experience was seamless it up to current par of the industry.

Cons: I was not aware of HOW budget the rental car company was and the whole process was “nickel and dimed” the whole way. The staff was friendly…enough but the car was NOT as advertised (a base model BMW M2) with no bells and whistles and yet I had to pay a $4200 euro deposit for a “luxury” car…no rear camera, No seat warmer, etc…multiple transactions for basics that you don’t have to deal with when using Hertz or Avis…will definitely not use your company again.

They forgot the child car seat we had requested, we had to put in ourselves with no help, no installation instructions etc and was told that an external company fitted the seats so they couldn't help. There were plenty available but we were given a Citroën. In our opinion, Citroën are not premium cars!

Cons: La mancanza di serietà. Mi sono rivolto a loro perché cercavo un mezzo (un van 8 posti) , che mi è stato prima preventivato ad una cifra, poi quasi triplicata. E quando, con diverse difficoltà date dalla distanza dall'aeroporto, mi sono recato presso Drive on Holidays, ho perso più di un'ora del mio tempo per non avere il van (con la solita scusa di un incidente avvenuto poco prima) e mi sono state consegnate due auto ad un prezzo più che triplicato rispetto al prezzo di mercato. Cons: P4 is quite a long way from arrivals, we had lots of suitcases and children. The car hire company drive on holidays tried to give me a much smaller car than I had paid for! I had paid for a car that would accommodate 5 people and 4 suitcases! The full insurance without excess was extremely expensive! I ordered two large cars for my family holiday and in total it was almost £3500 for two weeks car hire! Disgraceful and considerable significantly more than quoted! I will not use again.

Cons: All firms, naturally, try to sell additional insurance and other things. When declined on the booking form I would like to see, in addition to "I'll take the risk," the words, "No thank you, I have insurance," which I do in the form of an annual policy.

Cons: It was appalling that there was one charge after the other despite our online booking with fully comp. The excess was only payable with a credit not debit card, and not putting 2k euros on a British credit card meant essentially being obliged to pay yet another fully comp fee of over 100 euros extra. Car seat charge (not visible online) we’re double that compared to other companies. Given late evening and outside of airport we paid the extra price but I will not be going with this company again.

Pros: We had originally booked a 6am returning had paid an out of hours surcharge for it. When we changed the time to 8am they reimbursed us with no problems. To have a second driver with no surcharge was excellent.

Cons: When we booked the car it said that everything was included in the price. But when we were going to pick up the cars we needed to pay extra for the highway taxes. Would have appreciated if that information was told before.

Pros: NothingThey never go to the reservation service for insurance, just keep my money. I travel back to US, work and recover then try to get discover cars to fix the insurance issue and get my $500 returned. Discover cars does not have any method to contact them if it's been 30 days since your reservation was ur confirmation # does not link you to any services. Accident was not my fault. I'm out for insurance i paid for and another$500. 2 months later still no contact!

Cons: They didn't go to reservation source for insurance coverage I'd already paid, just made me pay$500 according to their policy pending outcome. 2 months later no information, no money returned, no emails. No resolution. They Had my money and that's all they wanted.

Cons: I had a terrible experience with Drive on Holidays. I waited for an hour in a car park at the airport for the shuttle bus to the rental desk in the midday sun with two babies. There was one 7 seater shuttle 'bus' with a small boot going backwards and forwards, and a huge cue waiting. There was no cueing system or communication from the shuttle bus driver, it was very badly organised. I will not be using this service again

Cons: Orange tire pressure light was on, empty washing fluids-and at rental they didn’t have those services. Car had some scratches and was little bit unclean. Worst part was the wrong address at Lisbon airport drop off. Navigation in the car could not find the address provided in the rental agreement. Then we called office and they told us to inside terminal to Vodafone to drop off the car?!? There we found one person who had some idea where to drop off car off the airport. It took us 1.5 hrs!!!!

Cons: The vehicle was an embarrassment,on pickup they insisted on 4500 refundable deposit or pay an extra load of money to insure against this,also out of ours charge had to be paid and on returning the vehicle waited too long for courtesy bus back to the airport so I booked an Uber who came in 3minutes and charged 4 euro,never would use or recommend drive on holidays again,a total sham

Cons: Having to pay 18 euro for a toll tag on top of tolls even if you don't use toll roads. A scam that will stop me using them again.

Pros: All of people - check in, service manager when had a problem, return - were very good to work with.

Cons: They did not have appropriate level of AdBlue in the car and I had to drive back to the original city after being away for several hours to get addressed because the car would no longer start if I tuned it off. I lost a day of my holiday for THEIR error and I received no discount on the price. But when I returned the car a couple business hours after I planned to (but no additional 24 hour period was started), they told me that I had to pay 33 more Euros.
