Pros: Instructions provided by email in advance of trip were very useful.

Cons: Not clear where to pick up shuttle bus. No signage. Had to scramble to find the bus. I was told that there was an employee by the exit, but we didn't see any Holiday sign.

We had to pay additional 70e deposit that was not mentioned when ordering the car. At the drop off we had to pay for the tolls even though we didn’t take them, since we didn’t have time to argue we paid the tolls because it was like 3e but still super unpleasant experience.

It's fine that they didn't, I just felt like the rep thought I didn't trust them or something. It was uncomfortable and not communicated that it was okay. Cons: They didn't have the original vehicle I requested.

Pros: Customer service from the agents we dealt with.

Cons: the rental car provided. needed a major tune up.

Pros: The operator at the delivery desk was friendly and very helpful. He made the process of picking the car up easy.

Cons: The pick up location listed on the email did not exist and I had to call to find out where I had to meet the representative. The operator at the delivery desk was not as friendly or attentive as I would expect from someone working in the service industry.

Pros: At the rental station, staff was clear about terms & got our rental setup done with ease.

Cons: Had difficulty tracking down the representative at the airport (no clear direction or signage was provided to indicate meeting point; it took us 20 minutes to connect & get into the shuttle). That required 3 phone calls to the company to arrange. Also, we were pressured by the rental agent to purchase additional top line damage coverage over & above what the Discover site provided at booking, which nearly doubled the cost.

Cons: nothing happened as planned and never seen any money back

Cons: I went straight to the office but later on I tried to check at the aiirport the representative to find him when coming next time but could not see anyone.

Cons: The first car we rented had bad brakes so we had to drive back to Porto the next day to exchange it for a different car.

Pros: Ich möchte eine Beschwerde über das Personal abgeben. Es ist etwas passiert, was nicht normal ist: Meine Frau hat ihre Brille im Handschuhfach des Autos vergessen und mein Sohn auf dem Rücksitz. Nach dem Abflug von Portugal in die Schweiz bemerkten sie im Flugzeug, dass meine Brille fehlte. Nach der Landung in Genf rief ich bei Drive Holiday an, um zu fragen, ob das Auto an andere Kunden ausgeliefert worden sei, und man bestätigte mir, dass das Auto noch auf dem Gelände stehe.

Cons: Also habe ich nach der Brille gefragt. Die Antwort war, dass sich keine Brille im Auto befand. Also habe ich die Dame am Telefon gefragt, ob ich Ihrem Service wieder vertrauen kann. Das Auto muss gesaugt werden, bevor es an einen anderen Kunden übergeben wird. Normalerweise müssten die Angaben vorhanden sein. Mehr habe ich nicht zu sagen. Mit dem Auto bin ich zufrieden, aber den Leuten, die dort arbeiten, traue ich nicht.

Cons: Long delay in providing airport to rental office transfer

Pros: They prioritised us because we had a baby

Pros: The agents are friendly and detailed on the terms of the rental.

Cons: Some of the parts of the car such as how to open the gasoline cover cap was a bit foreign to us. It would be great if the agent can show us stuff like that during the rental.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything (all options) on pick up very clearly.

Cons: Driving a car that had been previously scratched/damaged - albeit not too seriously.

Pros: The car was perfect. Two points that bring down the score: 1. The voucher said to go to the meeting point in the terminal. There was nobody there so we had to call. We were instructed to go to another point. Also, nobody there. We found a man outside the terminal who told us that the shuttle bus was too busy and it would take 30' so it was best to walk to the office, 1 Km further. Not nice when arriving with heavy luggage. 2. Long wait at the check-in. Understaffed to process the many bookings

Cons: some features of the car were not working ( parking sensors ), and the light of service was whole time on, and sometimes was appearing/disappearing the light for the engine ( yellow one )

Pros: Car was clean and expected model

Cons: Extremely slow line (over an hour to pickup). As soon as we drove off the lot the check tire light came on. We filled up with air and it remained on but looked fine. A few days later we looked and the tire was completely flat with NO SPARE in the car. Taxi sent by DOH took over 2 hours to arrive. Representatives on phone were not sympathetic and did not follow through with requested actions leaving me to deal with an angry taxi driver via the phone

Pros: The maintenance light on the dashboard turned on and we had to stop and check to be sure if the car was OK.
