Pros: The drivers! Super polite, friendly and professional

Cons: That we don’t get our deposit for up to 28 days after we return the car but we must leave a review within 48hrs of returning the car. And salik and Dubai police notify about fees and charges in days, why keep our deposit for a month?

Pros: Nothing. It should have been better to get the car delivered to you, but this is only if it is delivered on time. Sadly, we waited for hours and we got acat with a broken child seat. So we waited even more hours for a new child seat that neved arrived.

Cons: Horrible customer service. Complete liars. The car was delivered 3 hours late with a broken child seat. The driver went to get a new one and never came back. 5 hours later we spoke with a manager who promised that we could keep the car until 11 PM on the returning day, instead of 11 AM as booked originally. On the day, he wanted us to return the car by 6 PM and to "forget everything we discussed previously". Never again with this company.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 480.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax).

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 6 AED per cross. The following surcharges may apply: Parking Fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Young drivers are subject to a higher deductible/excess.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
