Cons: Gave a different car then I booked. I told them I don’t want the car. Was told that the car would be replaced the next day. I accepted on that basis. Next day, I was told that they can’t replace the car. I mentioned to them I wouldn’t have accepted if that were the case. The provided car died in the second day of rental. DriveUS was supposed to provide the car at 8:30 but their driver came at 11:30. I booked a child car seat, it came uninstalled and was just placed in the car. returned

Cons: was given an MG instead of a Hyundai Tuscon. Still happy with the service, as they offered to swap it once it was available.

Mileage policy

Mileage depends on the rental period.
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.

For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 5000 km per rental.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Cash, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
