Cons: The company was actually not Easirent but a company named Drivalia. It a non-agent company (not specified in the booking process). There was not a single representative in the office, just a button you press to call the company. We waited more than 30 minutes to get an agent on the phone. Then the all process online with links, payments, banking confirmation, time waiting to get the agent back on the phone, etc. took us almost 2 hours. Their online procedure is totally disfunctionnal, avoid it!
Cons: Worse than budget airlines
Pros: My flight was late so I called Aberdeen office to advise. No answer left a message - I received a number of emails asking for credit card etc - which I did. Then I received info on using a lock box to pick up car. I arrived at 8pm - I called for a pick up - the agent was very upset he said he was about to leave and we should walk over to the office (it’s about a 15 minute walk. It was raining and we had luggage). So he finally came and picked us up - made us feel we were inconveniencing him.
Cons: He gave no advice on how to start car. Left us trying to figure out cars functions. Car engine light was on. Warning lights said car was 4000 miles past service. At one point car shut off while driving saying - engine oil pressure low
