Pros: Car provided was as requested.

Cons: Had problems picking up the car as I had a debit card (I do not have a credit card) and they would not accept this for the deposit, they would not accept my travel debit card or cash. My father was traveling with me so I assumed that they would take his card but they refused as the car was booked in my name. We had to pay 200 pounds extra before they would allow us to take the car, very upsetting as that was a lot of extra money for just one week.

Cons: no help for pick up from terminal and i was expected to walk from the rental office back to the terminal on returning the car not very helpful for a 74 year old person .the person finally returned me to the terminal perhaps because there is a charge for drop off and pick up he was refusing to take me very unhappy with this .I also pre paid a deposit of 42.38 GBP but did not see this taken off the invoice

Cons: False info provided. Had to walk considerable distance to office crossing busy road. Confirmation said there was a shuttle bus. Fuel policy changed by agent. Car was old and full of scratches. Person at desk was less that helpful. light was on from start to finish. Will never use them again. Reflects badly on Discover cars.

Cons: Lack of basic info about the car. Car was already running engine..I had no experience of key fob start/stop buttons. Satnav took me to a quiet country village Upton Bassett ? instead of the airport. Stress to find my way and arrive in time to return car and get to security.

Pros: The price only... the rest was pretty awful and intimidating. They didn’t have the car I hired and never contacted me ahead of travelling to the depot as I live in Bristol and had to travel 40minutes from North Bristol to get there.

Cons: They have a very aggressive charging model set up for people to ‘trip themselves up’ with £1500 excess ‘held’ on your credit card that is taken for even the tiniest of humps or scrapes. This has been blocked on my credit card for almost a week now... not good at all.
