Pros: Free Upgrade to better car Not pushy about extra insurance.

Cons: Maybe the user should have a way to use his own ez-pass device and account, instead of charged 10$ per day even if not used it at all

Cons: I didn’t like that Easirent argued with me about the fact that they gave me a car with a problem and then wanted me to fix the tire issue with my insurance company instead of exchanging for a new car which they eventually did on day 2 only after a long process and because I had taken an extra insurance with them in addition to mine …

Cons: There was no one there and the phone wasn’t answered when I dropped off the car. Another customer that was also waiting gave me transfer to the airport, otherwise I would’ve missed my flight, since the Easirent transfer wasn’t there. They also charged the Sun Pass twice and untill today they didn’t get back to me on this. Very unsatisfied.

Cons: Dishonesty - Attendant offered to cancel the reservation for a full refund and 13 days later, I still don't have my refund and I never received an email to confirm confirmation.

Cons: The car war dirty, with trash under the seats, with half tank of fuel and damaged in several point, I pointed out it because they didn't check. I paid almost the double fixed un your website. They told me that if I didn't pay no car. When I return the car they wanted I pay again for same sand on the driver carpet... so I went to a gas station and wit 1,5$ I clean it by myself. Notice that the tank was 3/4 and they didn't tell anything. The WORST service I found in United States till now.

Cons: Over an hour to be picked up from the airport. Had to keep filling up a tire with air the entire trip which was stressful cuz not all gas stations in the Keys have air and long stretches where it is impossible to pull over if the tire went flat.

Pros: Easirent processed an overcharge refund in a very efficient manner…only a couple of days after we dropped off the vehicle.

Cons: The agent at the pickup location charged for extra insurance without checking our contract, which covered this item.

Cons: Discover car advertised a full coverage which rental place did not honor. I could have just used my own credit card insurance. Should have been more clear upfront. Like, who reads through all the disclaimers. The car was not that clean. No car wash.

Pros: We didn’t even get the car. We arrived to the pick up point at around 9 PM, called a number displayed on the board, but nobody answered. After some waiting I finaly realized that the rental office is open only untill 8 PM and that we won’t be getting any car, even after we payed for it.

I have paid once a full coverage insurance to discovercars, but i was charged also by easirent for a same insurance, otherwise they didn't want to deliver the car, even if on the reservation form issued by discovercars was specifically mentioned "full coverage including third party liability"

Cons: The worst car rental experience, landing late a MIA airport , branch was closed 3 hours prior my arrival. Looked for the non existing shuttle, called for non-responders. Finaly caught on UBER by chance since cell coverage was bad at Car rental Center. Had to go back in morning. Car smelled and needed air in rear tyres. Overwhelmed they couldn't service my car. Gas door blocked, not easy for gas re-filled. Long time I never experienced such bad car rental.

Cons: When arriving at the Miami airport, no one answered the phone after repeated calls over a half hour period. Finally, we went to the pickup area and was picked up. Your agent, Neris said he was too busy to answer all the calls. That is UNACCEPTABLE and made us very worried.

Save yourself the headache, anger, and frustration and spend your money at a reputable car rental business where you may get better customer service or at the very least employees are held accountable for their actions.

Cons: The car rental agent was alone with multiple people waiting. He started arguing with the customer in front of me, so I stepped in to try to help the customer understand the situation. The rental agent gave me an attitude as well, so I just waited until it was my turn. When it was my turn, he had a much better attitude. I was provided an intermediate SUV even though I was sold a standard SUV. I was told that the booking says 'or similar' and no other option was provided.

The guy was the rudest and helpless possible and I think that's why he was chosen in the first place. They did not have a convertible and told me that they will not lower the rate and I am stuck in a small economy car. Then they told me if I don't like it, I can just leave. And I left. Will never come back. The whole company is a scam

Cons: The car was given to us with a low pressure, leaking tire. We drove across the state to Sarasota and had to stop to fill up the tire over 6 times during the trip. When we called they told us there was nothing they could do to help and if the tire got bad we should just put the spare on.

It's ridiculous that your allowed to force people to take service they don't want when it is not necessary to use the toll roads in Miami, I've been here a million times before and never once used it.
