Pros: The service was the worst I have ever had to deal with. We got to the airport and called and they said they were out of cars. They were rude and no helpful at all. We traveled all day, made reservations over a month before our trip to arrive and not have a car. We had to find a rental car place that was double the cost of what we had reserved because it was last minute.

Pros: Their employees did try to help.

Cons: What a mess!!!!! We waited almost an hour jist to ge picked up from airport. Then,they didn't have a car for us, we waited almost 3 hours for it. I ended up paying more them $140 EXTRA for my rental because they made me buy liability even though my personal car insurance already covers rental. I want a credit back to my credit card.

Pros: Nothing, Easirent is a very unprofessional company.

Cons: Easirent is permanently running short on cars and people have to wait for two and more hours to get either damaged or their ordered cars. They also provide cars with expired license plate and their customer service hotline is very unprofessional. For damaged cars they administrate the damages with phone pictures taken before the ultimate pick up. This shows that they don't even have a digital system to manage their fleet. Very poor provider with very bad cars. Never again

Cons: I never got my car. Waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle after the number provided to call for the shuttle wasn’t even a real number to call. Once the shuttle arrives, the van is full of angry customers who said not to go because there are literally no cars there. I was fed up and didn’t even go to Easirent to waste more of my time. I couldn’t properly request a refund for my deposit. Horrible experience will never use again.

Pros: Easirent was the worst rental experience in our 30 years of traveling globally. Easirent agent Larry was unprofessional & rude. It took 1 hour & multiple calls for Larry to send a shuttle driver to pick us up. Larry seemed to be preoccupied w entertaining his friend (a non employee) that was hanging out at the office with him. The shuttle driver told us that he was never advised by Larry that a pick up was needed. When questioned Larry got irate & told us our reservation was canceled

Pros: The shuttle driver to the airport after dropping off the car was friendly and talkative. No one else had any customer service skills.

Cons: Terrible hours. Wouldn't even answer the phone during business hours. Poor customer service by employees, just saying nothing was their fault and they didn't care. Read the fine print. We know our plane delay wasn't their fault, but the attitude stunk.

Cons: VERY UNHAPPY, only 3 workers reported to work the day i picked up the car, the shuttle driver told us that we had a 2hour wait since they had no workers. We reached the rental place and there were people also waiting for their rentals, told to sign our name and wait to be called. The 2 reps at the counter seem to be half-washing the vehicles and checking the customers out with the late rentals. They were late the day i returned the car. One worker, when i arrived, very poor service.

Pros: The guys who checked us out was very nice and quickly gave us a ride back to the airport.

Cons: pick up at the airport was horrible. you had to call the office to schedule pick up and no-one would answer the phone. once we finally got to the office (at least 45 minutes), we had to to wait another hour because there was only one person checking people in and there was a long line. There were other people there but no one was helping this individual. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company.

Took two hours to get the car and when we did the car stank like trash. Windshield was disgusting and covered with stuck on bugs.

Pros: When I called about a potential mechanical issue, I was given reasonable advice on how to deal with a burning smell.

Cons: Everything else. Advance Check In meant nothing. You're not at right scale for that Airport. Check in process was terrible and wasted everyone's time First time I ever had to pay extra for wife to drive car. All the extra charges at check in made your prices non-competitive. Pros: The staff were kind and did the best they could despite there not being enough of them and having a lot of unhappy customers because the wait was so ridiculously long.

Cons: The wait times!! 2 hours to get a car! Stupid policies, and being charged for anything extra (that isn’t extra with the regular rental agencies) for anything and everything. Also the staff could have communicated a lot better with customers or put signs up. Customers were left to help other customers so that people knew to sign in and how long the wait times were.

Cons: The first car they gave me had expired license plates. If you don’t buy their insurance for $49/day, you are required to give them your personal insurance information. The second car they gave me was definitely an employee’s, and while it had a license plate it was duct taped on. The car REEKED of marijuana, had bald tires, windshield wipers that didn’t work, no washer fluid, torn seats. They are SLOW, and refuse to let you speak with manager if there’s an issue. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1710.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 15 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - North Carolina.
A local renter is defined as any renter without a confirmed return airline ticket regardless of the state and/or country of their driver license. For local renters mileage is limited to 150 miles per day.
It is possible to purchase the Unlimited Mileage option for an extra charge of 25 USD per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 2 year(s).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, boarding pass.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date.

It isn't possible for local renters to book the following car class(es): Standard, Fullsize, SUVs.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - North Carolina.
Insurance
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
If opting to self-insure, the renter must have a full coverage policy that includes the deductible, physical damage, and liability.
USA residents must use their own personal Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a minimum coverage of 1000000 USD.

Acceptable proof of insurance must include policy number, insurance card, insurance declaration page.
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Third Party Liability (TPL), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 month.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Peace of Mind Cover is mandatory.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Vehicles can only be driven within the State of pickup.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).

Fuel policy
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years. In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
