Cons: Phone number was incorrect. It took a while to reach rental. I noticed later that I could have done it online to save time. My fault.

Pros: I was a little worried we wouldn’t have a shuttle to the airport because we had to be to the airport at 5 am. When we picked the car up the very nice associate said she we would make a note of it. When we arrived at the drop of spot they were there waiting for us! I highly recommend!!

Pros: Prices are great and the convenience of picking the car up at a kiosk inside the hotel was easy.
Cons: The location of the kiosk inside the hotel was a little awkward (in the hallway of the hotel) but it works.

Pros: Cost
Cons: Vehicle had choppy tires causing vibration when driving. The auto start/stop feature was broken, with an alert light on the dash. The front brakes were very touchy, making driving in traffic uncomfortable.

E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.

Additional information
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years. In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
