Easirent at Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Pros: Lo unico fue q el carro estaba sucio.... deberian entregarlo limpio

Cons: Not very clear instructions on how to get to rental car location from airport. Also, there are hidden fees that that ended up costing more. Nowhere in the reservation did it say that you can't take the car out of state, but when I arrived I found that out and had to pay another $200.

Cons: I felt I was targeted by charging me to use your insurance and I have my own FULL coverage!!!!

Pros: Drop off experience MUCH better than pick up experience.

Cons: Horrible policies in place to protect profit over service. I reserved a specific type of vehicle I needed, only for them to say they did not have any in the fleet - this also being after I called the preceding week to confirm reservation. No willingness to make any meaningful reparations for false representation of vehicle availability. Ultimately accepted an alternative style vehicle, which was dirty.

Cons: this was the worst car rental i have every used. The car registration was expired. the lady would not let me rent the car without paying $500 extra dollars for insurance.

Cons: Horrible service, we were supposed to call a number from the airport renal area so easirent could shuttle us to another location to pick up our rental car, we called the # provided for over an hour and no one answered the phone we were in a panic along with other easirent customers. The shuttle arrived unannounced after we had been waiting almost 2 hours. The shuttle driver told us there were no cars on their lot to rent us even though we had made a reservation weeks ahead of time.

Cons: The first shuttle driver was non friendly, but the second time he was supper nice, I don’t have much to say, rather that I would of like someone to explain how to use wifi, on and off button, etc… 😂😂😂

Pros: The customer service reps were easy to talk to, although they asked me for my insurance card, something I never thought to bring since the other car rental places don't ask for it.

Cons: As soon as I got to the car rental place, i had NO IDEA where to go or how to get there. I called the help line and NO ONE ANSWERED!!!

Cons: Misleading information. Clerk refused to help me. Tried to call to say flight was delayed and I was on my way, but line said office closed.

Pros: I felt terrible for the customer service person who had to deal with so many frustrated people all day. She was kind.

Cons: The directions for getting to the location were wrong, which made the process even more confusing and long.

Cons: I had an extra charge that was not listed for needing to drive out of state, even though I was bringing the car back. The person driving the shuttle went about 90mph to bring us to the offsite rental office. Then the car had been wiped down with a dirty rag and I had to purchase windex to be able to see to drive.

I'm 1000% sure it was left in the car. I do not trust the people working there. I will NEVER use this company again. Very disappointed they are not doing the right thing.
