Cons: When I turned up i was told that it had been busy and there was no car for me and that i could pay extra for a premium rate car. I refused to pay extra and was told i would have to be taken back to the airport!! I had to insist on calling the manager to get a car sorted. A terrible way to run a business when i had already paid for the car.
Pros: Reverse camera didn’t work. Minor wheel damage. Slight tear in passenger seat.
Cons: Very expensive. Very slow. However, the guys are friendly
Pros: They are a really good service provider
Cons: Attention to customer service, made a huge effort to provide a great service thanks
