Pros: Not much.
Cons: It took me dozens of tries to speak on the phone to someone about an issue with my credit card. It caused me enormous stress as it hadn’t been sorted by the time we expected to pick up the car and we felt stranded. The QPark was dingy and floors badly signed. The address was also difficult to locate. Will never use contactless company again.
Pros: NOTHING!!!!
Cons: EVERYTHING! Nothing worked when we got to the rental, no codes, no phone numbers, nothing, was there for an hour trying everything even though I had checked in the days before and everything had been approved. I want my money back!
Cons: The online system for check in. Didn’t allow you to save progress.
Cons: So cumbersome to collect the car
