EasyAuto at Crete Airport Chania

Pros: I had the option with no deposit. I must say that I was a bit confused if I should go on the minibus from the airport until the parking to get the car, so I refused and asked that person to bring me the car. They were kind to do so. After I explained my concern, they understood. They were kind to changed my car as I requested, because tha car was to small for my luggage and wheelchair. They did that with no extra charge. Appreciate the support 👍

Cons: The fact that they ask for my credit card information and put them in writting on the rental paper. Card number, expiry date and cvv. This is dangerous in case they lose the paper, didn’t feel safe to give those details on some physical paper.

Pros: The rep was in the airport to meet us and was friendly

Cons: On arrival I had to go by minibus to collect the car. My wife was not allowed on the empty minibus! She had to wait at the airport with the luggage for me to fetch the car! The aircon did not cool the car properly then smelt of fumes. We lost 2 hours taking the car for exchange at the airport. EasyAuto did not deliver. The 2nd car had no problems. On departure I had to leave my wife with the luggage again at the airport.

Pros: Agent met us with a sign with our name on it and took us to our car which was right outside the door .

Cons: Car almost empty when picked up and didn’t realize it

Pros: One of the main reasons for choosing them was that they accept debit cards not just credit cards. I really hate the fact that most of the rental companies turn you down if you don't own a credit card. What if you don't want to have one? So, special thanks to Easy Auto for accepting this request.

Pros: easy, good communication, everything was very smooth in terms of service. Someone had scratched our car in a parking - we went to EasyAuto and they were very cool about it - wrote down the incident quickly and we went on to our path. We didn't have any issues either with the Website (Discover) or the car provider (Easy Auto). I highly recommend both! :)

Pros: Super nice chap was waiting for me at after I arrived Chania airport. Transfer to pick up the car from parking lot was quick, and on return, he let me conveniently drive the car to departures entrance. I got exactly the car I ordered. In comparison to other offered cars during that time, great value for money.

Cons: The pick-up and dropping off procedure was in a hurry and I left a phone cable in the car. They had no office at the airport. I had to write down my card informations (including security code) to the printed paper, I think it is not an appropriate attitude nowadays (GDPR, etc.)
