Pros: NOTHING GOOD. On pick up also the representative did not allow marking up damage to vehicle. Just ran off in their waiting pick up vehicle. On return, no representative was on sight. Guy running dilapidated Van, said we needed to go to airport first as he does not carry luggage! Also Van Driver said rental car company representative was rarely on sight and just park car anywhere and give him the keys. This seems completely open to corruption. I suspect at some point theft will occur here
Cons: We agreed when making the rental via of emails that EasyAuto would deliver car to the hotel. 8pm the night before 8am car pick-up the representative said he does not know where Megaron Hotel is located in Heraklion. Can this be for real? So we had to meet them at the port terminal and representative gave no indication where they would be located....took a phone call to find represenative. Representative then lied about the tank be 1/2 full, it was 3/8 full.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Personal Accident Insurance, Premium Location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Tourism levy, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
