EasyCar requires renters to have a credit card in order to leave the security deposit, so unfortunately, if you only have a debit card, you’ll have to find another supplier to use.
Like almost all car rental companies in Costa Rica, you can’t leave the country with one of their vehicles. So if you’re planning a trip that will also take you to Nicaragua or Panama, you’ll have to rent separate vehicles in each country.
