Pros: Nothing terrible experience tried to charge an extra 700 so I didn’t take the car & was not reimbursed my deposit

Cons: Everything terrible customer service agents were very rude to me, refused to speak with a women, tired to charge me 700 extra & didn’t refund my deposit when I declined to take the car because of this

Cons: A horrible policy to pay full insurance coverage price if you don't have a specific credit card. Felt like a scam. For the paid money, I could probably buy that car that I have rented.

Cons: They do not accept American Express which is ridiculous since they are off a major airport. The cars are very cheap cars. The office is 15 minutes from the airport and they have only one van running and when we got there the first van was already full. Had to wait for the second van. They would not split my transaction in 2 credit cards although they had to run the credit card twice for the rental and the deposit which was UNHEARD $1200. Stay away and use rentals at the airport.

Pros: They did not meet the price. They paid us twice as much. They did not write that it cannot be paid in cash. It's not my first car rental, but it's my first bad experience

I had purchased the maximum insurance cover from the discover cars website.. but they said it did not really provide adequate cover and wanted a price of over £250 for the retail period. the cost of the insurance was higher than the cost of the car rental - they said breakdowncover was not included (although it was purchased on your website)

Pros: It's a scam. Stay away. They don't honor the reservation price, and try to change you more. I just walked away and rented from a good agency.

Cons: Car had dings/scrapes/broken tail lights/tires with bare thread. Tried to intimidate us into buying more insurance. Overcharged with inaccurate final invoice.

Cons: Easycarhure tried to scam us into spending an additional 500$ (so over twice the cost of the original quote) because we didn't have an international driving permit. We ended up going back to the airport and renting a car through Sixt (who did not try to scam us). I would like a refund of the original deposit, please.

Cons: The pick up and drop off site were a long way from the airport; the vehicle showed a warning light on the dashboard indicating the tyres were not sufficiently inflated.
