Pros: Absolutely nothing. Customer service is something that Easycarhire have not heard of.

Cons: We had a problem with our credit card, the in had been locked (unknown to me as I use the card via Applepay all the time). The pin block issue became apparent when we needed to use the card for the security deposit. The person behind the counter was rude, unhelpful and uninterested in helping us in our predicament. A valuable lesson learned!

Pros: Honestly, I would strongly recommend that DiscoverCars.com stop collaborating with this car rental company, as they are seriously damaging the reputation of both DiscoverCars.com and the car rental industry as a whole.

Cons: When we picked up the car, staff were physically fighting with a customer in front of everyone, including my 1-year-old. It was shocking, and other customers were visibly afraid. The employees didn’t seem bothered by it either. On returning the car, I noticed a small scratch and took a photo, but two days later, the report showed much more damage. I suspect they knew we were insured through another agency. Other people have experienced the same. I strongly suggest DiscoverCars stop collaborating

Cons: There was a reasonably long wait to pick up the car - perhaps 30 minutes - and the person who handed over the car seemed reluctant to answer questions about marks on the bodywork.

Pros: I was very happy. I would suggest that the comprehensive insurance taken through discover card would be better communicated to ECH. It is a bit uncomfortable during the sign in process being sold another insurance at a further 339 euros. All just to reduce any excess for which I am insured.

Cons: The car was not as specified. We ordered Skoda Scala and were given Dacia Sandero Stepway. The agent claimed this is the same class. No way. Scala has a trunk of 480 L, Dacia 320 L. I spoecifically ordered Scala or similar (combi) to get enough luggage space. Otherwise the car was OK.

Cons: Although i purchased full cover from DiscoverCars, they pushed a hard sell on "vandelism insurance". They then charged $284 for a minor scratch on the fender.

Pros: I rented a skoda scala and they gave me a dacia sandero, and told me it is in the same class. The car Was scratched absolutley everywhere. When i left the car they acused me of scratching the car somiere underneath the front bumper. Absolutley not true. Such a bad experience

Cons: Total scam, they wanted to charge me with the full insurance so I ended up renting elsewhere for 200 euros cheaper.

Cons: I contacted discover cars about our flight being later. It was confirmed easycarhire had been informed of this change. On pick up they had no record of this so they only had a larger car at an additional cost of €73. The car however was a small one like that first booked-not larger! I was also told there was no record of the deposit paid: AU$45! The car had scratches & dents! On return they said there was another small scratch! I did not scrap the car! I will pursue this if the €200 is taken!

Pros: I have a problem with tire cut. One of the tires of my car was cut. It was only visible in the position in which I stopped the car. Since I had insurance, I think it will cover this defect. Very nice employees. Especially the lady in the rental office.

Cons: When i booked on discovercars.com it said that they accept debit cards for the deposit qnd they did but to use a debit cqrd I ended up paying a total of €92 in car payment and insurance instead of the €24 listed on the website.

Pros: The car was in poor physical condition . Scratched all over, cracked bumpers, gashes all over car. When we picked it up it was difficult to see the actual condition as it was black and very sunny outside. We were rushed and did not feel it was handled professionally . When we drove away the warning for oil change came on. Clearly not a well cared for automobile

Cons: The treatment by the affiliated company, EasyCarHire, was close to highway robbery. At first, upon arriving, we were forced to "upgrade" to "full coverage" because the credit card we planned to use, was in name of other person than the main driver. Second, upon returning the car, the company worker identified a minor scratch on our bumper , which would made us loose 200 euro deposit, because "full coverage didnt apply". Overall, they made us pay 400 euro extra on 450 euro rental.

Pros: Car was almost new, very clean. Rental place was easy to find, close to the airport.

Cons: They evidently wanted more money from us than was in the reservation. They wanted us to buy their insurance in addition to full coverage, which we already purchased in advance. When we politely refused their "more than full coverage", the agent's behavior was very unpleasant. Also, when returning the car, they wanted to write a damage report for the micro-dent, which they "forgot" to wrote in the report when we picked up the car. Luckily, we had photos as proof.

Cons: The cars - while in the same category - aren't all at "the same level" really. You might have a full optional car, and the following rent a very basic with manual mirrors and so on. They are all a bit scruffy, but nothing dangerous: just scratches
