Pros: They were very polite.
Cons: The process took too long. It took more than 40 minutes for the agent to pick us up and take us to the lot, The representative at the lot took a while to get us going. The car itself was not in great mechanical condition The brakes were about to fail and the transmission was wonky. Dropping off the car was very pressed for time because of traffic and they did not help us move quickly through that process.

Pros: Mintieron en sus precios y me hicieron pagar otro seguro de carro para sacarme mas dinero. FRAUDE!!!!
Cons: Pague mas de 20,000 pesos y me entregaron otro carro diferente al que habia rentado. Estaba todo mas viejo, rayado y chocado que VERGUENZA da manejar en esas condiciones. Todo le suena!!! Son la PEOR compania y pesima calidad de vehiculos. MENTIROSOS, FRAUDE, LATAS VIEJAS DE CARROS!!!

Cons: They charged us twice for the payment of the insurance. The machine we tried first said no service so we tried another machine and that went through straight away. We then saw that a payment was taken for the first machine. We have tried multiple times speaking with them in person and via message and email they keep saying they will refund but nothing has been done

Pros: I don't like the service as it was not there. I was just deceived.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
