Pros: When we got to the office, service was fast and effecient.
Cons: I was kept waiting at an address on Robson St that was not serviced.
Pros: A tire on our original vehicle kept losing air so we called them. They told us to park it and traded us cars. We were impressed.
Cons: We waited almost 30 minutes to pick up our car. They were extremely busy.
Pros: Attendant was 45 min late when I tried to pick up the car.
Cons: There were fees that the attendant described when I went to pick up the car, that weren’t in the agreement.
Pros: They were fantastic but confused over insurance issue.
Cons: We asked for snow tires for vehicle but that wasn’t provided and had to get them added increasing the cost above quoted price.
