Pros: The car was ok, cleaned throughout while we were waiting for it.

Cons: There was no shuttle service to pick us from the airport, and we had to use taxi to get to the office. And then we had to wait for the car to be washed and cleaned, spent almost 1.5 hours whereas the car should have been ready when we arrived to the office.

Cons: > Hidden costs adding 20% to quoted rate > different (smaller) car initially provided than booked > second car was in poor condition, scratched all over, dented, windows cracked and chipped, BALDING TIRES ("there's a few months left in those" - yet the Renter is responsible for the costs of tire blowouts, and drive train issues, which are specifically excluded from the insurance rider. even the ADDITIONAL Mandatory insurance they make you purchase at the counter despite using your CC insurance
