Pros: Hard to say
Cons: Staff is not at the desk. 1 hour waiting for someone to appear at the desk at time of pick up, and 30 minutes waiting for someone to appear at drop off at the end of the rental period. They leave the desk open with nobody to man it for long time. Every time you pass in front of the Ecovia desk at Pescara airport you can see customers waiting. for someone to appear.

Pros: That it was easy to park and locate drop off area, but then when I dropped the keys off at the desk they wanted me to walk all of the way back to where I dropped the car off. Then when I asked why they changed their mind!!
Cons: All of the staff, the service, the processes and English communication was very poor. I will not use this company again.

Cons: Sheen you get the car the don’t have time to check it. when you return it the take all the time to find damage. You have to sign without knowing what you have to pay for the damage that there was already.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
