Pros: Not much.
Cons: I picked up car at Ecovia in Treviso Airport. The car I was provided was a bi-fuel car (petrol and LPG or GPL in Italian). However, the GPL tank was empty, the lady at the counter did not provide any instructions how to switch from petrol to GPL or how to fill up the GPL tank. Further, I had to look for the car myself on the parking lot by clicking the remote control. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the lady finally helped. At drop off In Venezia, the office was closed

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Once I arrived ay the AirPort the rental company was closed (before the time of closing) and discover cars didn’t solve the problem or give my money back The rental company didn’t want to solve the problem either, they refuse to pick the car the day after, repeating that the reservation was cancelled and that I have to solve it with the broker.

Pros: The pick-up experience in Treviso was very good in terms of agent communication.
Cons: Drop-off experience was very low- no one to find at drop off during the working hours and inside the airport. The car quality was much lower than expected and the child seat dirty and very used.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
