Pros: Smooth process, good car, easy to collect and drop off
Cons: A bit slow at the desk (although the other queues were longer so it was the best of the lot!) Car wasn't overly clean.

Cons: The car options given to me seems not to be for the class I have requested. It was difficult to fit all people and ski equipment.

Pros: The man who served us was lovely and the car was clean.
Cons: The car was not similar to the one booked and was significantly smaller so we had to dangerously cram in luggage between children. The service light was on, there was an error message for the wheels and no screenwash so vehicles are obviously not being looked after properly.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00 - € 1950.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
