United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
9/15/26

Pros: Giacomo was amazing, really creating a connection and shared all tips and techniques

Cons: To be honest was only the windscreen somehow not cleaned properly but other than this I think was rather perfect
United Kingdom
Skoda Kamiq
7/11/26

Pros: The brand new car was perfect and the pick up very easy

Cons: Not Escovia - the walk to find the office out of Campiano airport was very very badly signposted, hot and confusing
United Kingdom
SEAT Leon
6/23/26

Pros: We had two cars in ten days, both quick service however tge first car was rather dirty in and out
Italy
Opel Grandland
4/9/26

Pros: The service at the checkout in Pisa (Rodi) was professional.

Cons: I booked a "large car" and the first car the staff (at Ciampino) gave us was a medium one, almost small and that would not fit our luggage. We came back and got a second car, large BYD but was scratched, full of dust, not cleaned at all, it had a terrible smell of cigarette inside that didn't go away for the whole trip.Plus someone did not check the car before giving to us, so at the checkout in Pisa we were notified about all the damage we didn't make and would be erroneously charged for.
Romania
Renault Clio
11/14/24

Pros: Not much.

Cons: 1. The fact that i got a very dirty car - have pictures to prove it. 2. The whole CC experience - see above when i purchased full casco - costed me an extra 100 euro. Plus they wanted 500 euro deposit on top of the regular amount. 3. When i brought the car back, as i had full casco they took advantage and added extra damage yo the car compared to the moment when i took it. None of those were done by me. I consider they used the fact i had full casco and added extra things they wanted done.
Estonia
Fiat 500
7/14/24

Pros: upgrade to large car with low cost
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Golf
12/14/23

Pros: Staff at collection and drop off excellent
Canada
SEAT Arona
8/15/23

Pros: Maybe the price, but not so much considering the condition of the car received

Cons: Quality of the car and the attempt to sell the bigger but in worst condition car for 90 more euros. Was tricked into paying $15 for car cleaning. Gas tank level was not full (less than half, hard to return at same level - the usual trick to make customers return car with more gas than received)
United States of America (USA)
Volkswagen Caravelle
6/18/23

Pros: The rental desk was hard to find even for our experienced taxi driver

Cons: When our old , poorly handling and uncomfortable van broke down your company offered no support and left us stranded.
Malta
Peugeot 208
5/24/23

Pros: Professionality yet a very customer orientated staff… Super friendly and pro client
Estonia
Fiat 500
5/13/23

Pros: The car was great and served us well

Cons: The insurance policy of Autovia is a crap. I had a virtual credit card (Google Pay) WITH INSURANCE on it and the representative didn't accept it, forced us towards acquiring an extra insurance without trying to find any solutions. Additionally, we will be charged for an additional day because we delayed for 1h with giving the car back. It feels like the company is trying to squeeze every penny from its clients. Not a recommendation.
United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
4/21/23

Pros: Your rep was helpful and pleasant.
United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
1/20/23

Pros: The staff was helpful and the whole process was very easy

Cons: I didn't like I was being charged for not having the petrol sign 100% full,as I did fill it up before giving it back, and it must have been a matter of few kilometres consumption
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Golf
6/21/22

Pros: friendly and helpful

Cons: concerns about dropping car off as place was closed on Sunday morning and i had to drop key of into a box and worry about how the status of car would be found
United Kingdom
Kia Picanto
5/31/22

Pros: The staff member I dealt with was friendly and explained all the details of the rental

Cons: The drop off was a bit shambolic
Bulgaria
Fiat 500
10/13/21

Pros: Not crowded and quick service. They didn't insist on getting additional insurance

Cons: Car had no washing fluid and tyre low pressure warning
Greece
Renault Clio
1/19/20

Cons: The ouside of the car was really dirty
Greece
Fiat Panda
11/2/19

Cons: 1. Although I had included the extra payment for a full cover insurance I was asked to pay 78€ extra (optional) to cover any car damages that might have happened with the excuse that I would have to pay them if anything happened to the car and then claim the money from your company. It was as if they didn’t acknowledge you as fair co-partners. I felt mislead by both companies. 2. The car was rather old with 116.000km and no navigator. Once you rent a car to foreigners it should be included.
