Pros: Nothing, they simply got more money from the fact that we had no option but to pay more and take the bigger car.

Cons: Everything, read other comments, not satisfied at all.

Cons: Car was not of the equivalent to Citroen C5 which I booked. Gave me a Peugeot 2008 which is smaller and significsntly smaller luggage space. Plus initial rental car had wheel beRing failure. So I had to return to the airport and exchange. Nonsense about paying extra so that credit card could be free from a damage reserve,caused me confusion

Cons: On collection, car rental agent was rude, u helpful, and completely uninterested in doing her job. Given a car that was not remotely like what we had ordered, or even close to being a like for like alternative. She did not come to the car with us. We were told, ‘up there and left’. She did not tell us if it was petrol or diesel, she did not do a walk around of the car and it was filthy. No spare tyre. Told that the extra cover purchased through discover cars did not cover us for anything.

Cons: Staff Too forceful about taking out extra insurance when we didn’t need it. Left to our own devices to find & work out car operations! No explation or simple map showing how to leave & return car from rental.

Pros: The quality of the car and the quality of the staff

Cons: No complains about the service; when busy at the airport and rental service it takes some time to wait. But it is worthwile

Cons: Pick up in dark . we had to photograph the previous damage. We did so as good ad possible consodering ghd circunstances. Returni g the car they found a non reported damage / scratch. explanation not possible and we had to catch our flight.

Pros: Clean, modern car and trustworthy company as it seems. Good value for money. Drop off easy.

Cons: The time spent to pick up was the longest I have ever had. We landed at 9pm after a long day driving and flying. We waited well over an hour in a queue and were not shown to the vehicle nor taken through the vehicle checks. Only one person on desk and 3 different branches of the company. Really poor first impression and service.

Pros: Straight forward, no hassle, just the usual visual car checks before taking delivery of rental car. Efficient and great value. Would highly recommend them. Will use them again.

Pros: The staff was friendly and efficient. No lines at Brindisi airport while picking up the car nor Lamezia Terme while returning They did not try to sell their own insurance because I had the insurance provided by discovercars. Car return was fluid and it felt like Ecovia staff could be trusted. Car was nice and clean considering that I rented the cheapest option. The security deposit was unblocked quickly and I could see the money in 4 working days which was nice.

Cons: THE FULL COVERAGE WAS NOT WITH ECOVIA BUT DISCOVERCARS.COM MEANING THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FIRST AND ARANGE THE COSTS AFTERWARDS WITH DISCOVERCARS.COM THE CAR WAS SERIOUSLY DENTED

Cons: Lack of customer service focus and the checking that all paid for services were working properly.

Cons: The Light of air in the wheels allways open. Even after refeel. There was no water to clean the windscreen

Cons: Slight inconvenience on finding car in car park after completing formalities in office.

Cons: I was charged extra for the use of a debit card rather than a credit card. I think 15 euros a day. That seems a lot to me.
