Cons: They refused to accept my driving license, despite the fact that is in English, and forced me to purchase a full coverage for 36 euros a day on top of the full coverage policy I purchased prior to the renting through a separate agency.

Pros: Easy to make booking, affordable prices.
Cons: The car rental agents didn't explain the motorway tolls system. There are different types of payments and different lanes on gighways to choose. As a foreigner I find it diffucult to read the road signs since English is not commonly used in Italy.

Pros: -The agency staff was very kind and helpful both at the reception and at the handover. -I liked the fact that they did a free upgrade from a VW Golf to a VW T-cross
Cons: - I didn't like the fact that I couldn't spray liquid on the windshield because the system wasn't working. Initially I thought that there was no liquid in the bowl and when I wanted to refill it I found that it was full, so I had to use water from a bottle several times! - I didn't like the fact that although it was specified before the rental that the cars will have winter tires and chains that can be installed if necessary where the atmospheric conditions and the condition of the road require

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00 - € 1950.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
