Pros: The administration was rather wast, not much time waiting.

Cons: The spot for picking up the car could be marked, I had to contact the agent to find it and ask others I do not see any reason, why only credit cards are accepted, it is the same money, same deposit blocking in the account. What I did not like the most was the condition, that the company can keep the deposit 30 days. The money transfers take nowadays 1-2 days max. As long as the agent confirms the car has been returned in as good condition as picked up, the money should be returned within 2 days.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: This was the absolute worst car rental & customer service ever. They gave us an electric car at around 45% charged & only the backup charger to plugs into the wall. We went to different charging stations around the island & nothing worked & waisted hours of our vacation. Took the car back since we were at 9% to get another charger but they didn’t care & wanted to charge us more to switch out the car for a manual. We had to return the car after 24 hours of having it and pay for a taxi all the way

Pros: Time spent in dropping Ng of the car was quick, with just leaving Ng the car with full thank in front of the agency.

Cons: They charged insurance and didn't want to accept already paid via Discover cars, for a debit card deposit it was 1200eur and every scratch would be 300eur (which is robbery, with paid insurance trough discover cars) other solution was to pay 21eur per day additionally so they won't block money on my credit card.

Cons: Even though I have paid for full insurance on discovercars, eecar representative tried to sell me another full insurance claiming that the one I already have won't work pn Mallorca. When I refused, I had to block 1200 eur deposit on my credit card (which is OK). But instead they placed a normal payment. So after I returned the car instead of unblocking 1200 eur they had to transfer money back. Because of exchange rate I lost on that 150 eur.

Irregularity of shuttles (not every 15 mins) Rip off costs for superficial damage Car size classes have massive discrepancy Drop off back to airport should go to departures not to arrivals.

Cons: Not the easiest way to find the shuttle from the airport. Difficult to find where to park in the airport when we returned the car (early flight, could not use the shuttle service). The parking level is not accessible via other car rental service levels.

Pros: Personal amable y automovil funcionaba bien

Cons: Tuve que pagar 2 seguros el de la Página “discover cars” de arriendo y otro de eecar rental porque dijeron que el que ya habia pagado no les servía. El Monto de retención en tarjeta demasiado alto si no pagaba un seguro de $126 por 6 dias , te retenían preventivamente 1200 euros. Una locura No fue fácil encontrar shuttle en el aeropuerto, y no teníamos como llamar (no tenemos chip español)

Pros: Fairly priced car rental, good value for money.

Cons: On drop-off the damage was quoted as super high price and now way for them to prove this is the actual cost of repair. Feels like potentially they make money on charging me more than the garage charges them. Also, drop-off to airport had more than a 20-minute wait for the van.

Cons: They will go around the car until don't find something and charge you pound 300 per scratch. The worst ever company, not to mention that I was 10 meters a part and quiet sure that before the checks of the car the scratch was not there, they charge me 300 pounds for one scratch and 200 for the other, a total of 500 pounds.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1270.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Environmental Contribution fee.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
