Elita doesn’t allow its vehicles to be taken outside the state of California, much less to Mexico. So if you plan on a longer road trip through the West that includes traveling to states like Nevada, Utah, or Arizona, you’ll need to search for a different rental company. The company’s cars are equipped with FastTrak or E-Z Pass so you can just pay for the tolls through your rental agreement without having to stop and pay at booths.
