Pros: The representative was super friendly and accommodating, I wish I could remember his name to give a direct "kudos". Our situation was complicated and he went above and beyond to help resolve the situation.
Cons: I blame discovercars.com but I was not prepared for additional fees required at the location ($200+ on top of the rental price) and driver restrictions were not known until I arrived. But I blame discovercars.com for both

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 960.00), Theft Protection, Winter package, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Contract fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
