Pros: Easy to pick up and return

Cons: I had a broken tire. Having the car picked up and getting a replacement was a lengthy and cumbersome process. They billed me for the tire but just asked me to pay Chf 330.- without providing any detailed invoice. When I sent them an email asking about details, I never got an answer. No problem l em if your trip is uneventful but lots of problems if something happens. I will not use this company again.

Cons: Greetings I was very disappointed I ordered a car that said 3 suitcases and in the end only 2 suitcases didn't go in and this led me to take out a bigger car and I had to pay an additional 542.81 Swiss francs. When I showed them the invitation they said I need to talk to you. And you will give me back the extra. I would very much like it to be so and you take responsibility and I will be able to feel and tell my friends about the event and your reliability. Thank you

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1605.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license, bank statement or utility bill.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle. Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

Credit card must be valid during rental period for at least 180 days.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders to EU countries is free of charge.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

During winter season (from 1st December until 31st March) Winter tires are included in price.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Additional information

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
