Pros: The car was generally very good
Cons: Unfortunately I slightly damaged the car. They charged me the full 1200 Euros for the damage which I thought was excessive. On return the agent said he had emailed me the appropriate documents so that I could make a claim against my own independent Car Excess Insurance policy. More than 2 days later I still have not received those documents.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
