Pros: At the Enterprise car rental in Porto, Portugal. They inspect the car with you and take pictures of it before you leave. I found it great since I did't have to argue about minor scratches present on the bumper.
Cons: They didn't explain us well how to use the via verde toll pass. Would have found it interesting just to let us know in advance which lane to look for and go in.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1180.80), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
There is an additional charge of 2.18 EUR per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
