Cons: Waited for about 2 hours to pick up our car, very disorganised even though I had booked a car for pickup at a certain time and filled in all extra forms sent. It seemed as though people in front either had not booked a car or had messed their booking up in some way, waiting 2 hours is unacceptable !!!. I know that when booking the car I booked a VW POLO being given a Toyota Yaris didn't give us the required amount of comfort/ leg room in the rear that I know (through ownership) we would of had.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
