Enterprise at London Heathrow Airport

Pros: very good car condition

Pros: The staff were really friendly, and I especially want to mention Leo and Abdul. Leo helped me during pick-up and was great—he even gave us a free upgrade because there was a minor issue with the car I had originally booked. Abdul handled the drop-off and made the process quick and seamless, even guiding us to the terminal shuttle. Overall, excellent service!

Pros: The service was excellent. Unfortunately they had some difficult customers ahead of us so all service was delayed due to no fault of their own.

Cons: The only thing that was a problem was that we waited at the airport pickup point for a while until we were picked up and taken to the agency. It was close to closing so glad we did not miss it...

Pros: The staff were exceptional and gave us the support needed at pick up, when things went wrong and then at drop off. They went out of their way to make sure that we were safe and we able to get where we needed to: thank you so much

Pros: As mentioned above, it was a seamless experience. No weird details to work out. Picking up the car took less than 15 minutes. Dropping it off took even less.

Pros: Holly was our agent at Enterprise and she was friendly, and easy to work with. Made the process of getting the car very smooth.

Cons: When we dropped off the car we waited for what must have been 45 minutes (just guessing) for the T2 shuttle bus ...(traffic) The driver of the T5 shuttle was helpful and dropped us at a different terminal and tried to help us with directions however he was in a hurry and English not so great (not his fault). We thought that the transport manager in the office should have come out and told us what was going on and explained how we were to get train tickets etc but they did not come out at all.

Pros: Carl was absolutely amazing; very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The total balance might not be right. The final agreement received does not seem to have considered the deposit made online during booking. I’ve highlighted this in my reply email and I’m pretty sure it’ll get sorted out though would’ve been an immaculate service if it was avoided.

Cons: More to do with Enterprise, as they wouldn't rent me the car due to not having a credit card. Were quick to take my £10 deposit via my DEBIT CARD though, which I have not been refunded! Luckily Europcar were doing the road and were more engaging, in an dout of there in less than 10 mins!

Cons: The oil light came on on the morning of our second day we had the car. We checked the oil and it was very low so we had to add oil. We would have thought that the oil would have been checked by enterprise before a 6 day trip

Cons: 1) they had to change the car 3 times before finding a car whose air-conditioning was working. 2) at return time, they found on the front window (in front of the wheel) a none removable stain 5mm length. They claimed that it is a crack in the window. Consequently, they took my 1,500 pounds deposit and said that only after 60 working days they will send me an invoice regarding the actual repair cost. This is a very bad customer policy because it prevents claiming that money through insurance

But was very very organised and someone brings your car to you rather than you wandering around the parking lot looking for it. Was also offered a choice of 3 cars, all upgrades on what I picked. Service at both ends friendly, courteous and efficient. Best hire experience in a long time
