Pros: The rental agents were very friendly and professional. The car was clean, although not new.
Cons: Perhaps, Enterprise can re-assess the overall efficiency of the operations. A bit too much time spent both picking up and dropping off the car. The child seat could have been better.

Pros: Bad. Agent behaviour was far from acceptable and reasonable. Dishonest and unhelpful.
Cons: We booked a Mercede withbig boot space as we have few big luggage. After a 14hrs flight to Brussels, agent was far from being polite at 1030pm. He insisted a DS6 or bmw 1 series is same category as the Mercedes B class we originally booked. When I asked what's DS6. His reply was "its a car". I asked what model and brand, his reply was " car of same category ". He refused to help us with a car with big boot space and lied that his system was not working. Horrible experience.

Pros: They are good overall, very friendly and helpful, tried to do their best. The car was exactly as I expected, even the navigation was on my native language, I never had that before in other rental companies
Cons: In the contract they put another country for my address, the name was close to mine and I didn’t check that at first glance. Found it only when my accountant showed me that the address not correct.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
