Pros: After the paperwork, I received the keys for a vehicle that was not usable and drivable (a Suzuki Baleno). This car has very severe problems with the clutch and is not usable in my opinion as a very experienced driver. After a lengthy discussion with the older gentleman at Entreprise, another younger guy decided to find a solution and offered me a definitely better and newer car. I thank the younger guy very much and would be happy to only get cars like this in the future.
Cons: That customers were offered such a "not ready to drive" and "bad" car! It's a sad thing that we had to argue so much at the beginning, even though the fault wasn't mine. In discussions, the rule "customer is king" still applies.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax).
