Pros: The rep at the desk was very patience & helpful but the use of the auto check in machines were very confusing. That is where the rep came up and despite the language barrier, helped tremendously, in fact had to do it for us
Cons: Check in machines, distance from desk to car pick up. Attitude of one of the drop off staff & time taken to check car ov er on return. Felt that the slightest mark on the car would have incurred a penalty. Actually, by the way they went over the car, were actively looking for a way to withhold my deposit

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1180.80), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
Many highways in mainland Portugal are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
There is an additional charge of 2.18 EUR per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
