Customers shall reach the Parking Garage Excelsior located in Via Palazzuolo 94 and deliver the car to the garage staff. The Parking Garage Excelsior is open Mon - Sun from 6AM to 11PM. Out of hours drop-off is not allowed during the garage closing time.
IMPORTANT: This out-of-hour service costs 20.00 EUR and must be paid directly to the garage staff.

Pros: The lady who did the pick up paperwork was friendly as well as the drop off lady who did the inspection.
Cons: The car was dusty inside and not washed thoroughly outside. The waiting time for pick up was a bit long.

Cons: The communication with the Florence downtown office was impossible! We spent a lot of time waiting for someone to answer the phone, in order to resolve an issue we had, which never happened!! Fortunately, we managed to reach the Florence airport office and we got help from them.

Cons: Should be clarified that driving licence and passport required not either/or however was a bit inconvenient has to go all the way back to the hotel to get passport which generally don’t like carrying with me for security and safety purposes

Pros: The car was excellent and the guy who checked my car when returning was very helpful.
Cons: The parking garage is way too small for the amount of cars and is the main reason why it's so inefficiently operated by the garage staff. Also give the latest/safest child car seat when requested and not some crappy model used during the 90's.

For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 117 km per day.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries is free of charge.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
