Pros: Nothing actually.
Cons: Non existent actually. Rude staff when they actually arrived on site although they knew we were booked in at that time to collect. On return, just chatted on phone to someone, ignored me and another customer so had to drop key in box so we could make our ferry. Still waiting for deposit and reply to complaint email 10 days after! Had we not been so desperate, we would have looked elsewhere.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful and phoned to check our hire was going ok.
Cons: Low excess cover we felt we paid twice for. Payment of 250 euros that we had taken as a deposit which cost us 20 pounds in bank fees, even though the excess was never going to be 250 euros. Slow repayment of the deposit - 3 days. Half tank of fuel instead of full makes it difficult to know how much to refuel.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 12 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), boarding pass.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
Visa Electron, Diners, Discover, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino. Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
