Pros: I rented a car 25.7.-1.8. When we flyed to Pristine 25.7. there was no car for us. Lady at the desk just said that we have a car for You tomorrow. She said that we have reserved the car via Alamo. Never heard! She said that Alamo should inform us that they don’t have a car until next day 26.7. We had a mail 25.6. That what was good that we had friends there on the same flight. They gave us a lift to Ferizaj to our hotel and next day took care of the situation and we got nice car to Ferizaj.
Cons: Nobody didn’t say what happened! Nobody said even sorry. Well the result was in the end good, but without friends it would been quite a difficult mess.

Pros: Every flight to Prishtina from Luton was delayed due to system failure. I notified them that I would be late and they were understanding and told me there is no issue at all. I kept the car for an additional 3 days. This was also a very quick and easy process as I called them and asked if I could extend the rental.
Cons: I was forced to pay additional insurance even though I had already prepaid and selected additional full coverage. I had clear evidence that I had paid this however they insisted I pay extra. Despite it stating that I have the right to refuse insurance as I'm fully covered. The car I had paid additional to have was not available and I received a much older and worse car. The car was filthy inside and out. The staff were exceptionally rude not just to me but also other customers.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 590.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
