Cons: They insist us to get an insurance before letting us to pick up the car. The car passed was not washed, but winter tyres were not provided, car model was not the same and there is smoking smell in the car. Overally the experience was just not nice.

Pros: Manager Hassan told us about places to visit in Cappadocia and offered guides for diverse places. They even sell balloons tours.
Cons: Car wheels were with winter rubber and it was really erased(in some places the threads were visible). Considering we rented at the end of June and it was raining a few times during our trip - driving this car was not safe. Also, the rental point isn't really at the airport as it was mentioned on the website. This is an option with a pick-up service. Although, they do meet you at arrivals and drove you to rental office.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 590.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 61.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 4 years ago is required.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
