Pros: They wanted me to buy all additional options that already was in my voucher, such as: additional driver and insurance. They did not give me a car with winter tires as I booked.

Cons: They wanted to cancel my car drove me back to the airport on the day of arrival,because I did not wanted to buy their additional insurance. And then back at the airport they said oh no you get the car and drove back to the rental office. This all cost a lot of arguing stress and an hour. My kids were in the car as well and needed to experience this all. The tank was completely empty in red. They did not welcomed me at all. Only discussion and stres. I hope I get my deposit back without trouble.

Told us to cancel if we weren't happy. They asked us if we had excess insurance. On return our friends car had minute dirt mark and was put down as damage which could have been wiped away. Their attitude was you have insurance. They didn't give a chance to wipe the dirt or take pictures.
