Eren Rent A Car at Istanbul Airport

Pros: The end result was great - I ended up using Eva car hire that was referred by Eren rent a car.

Cons: It was not (that) easy to get a hold of the Eren representative by phone who then told me to go to Eva car hire to pick up the car. The process worked in the end - but it was not flawless or easy.

Pros: Car was clean and exactly what we booked

Cons: No office in either airport and no clear directions provided by anyone on pick up or drop off point. Car had less than 30kms fuel on pick up, so created a level of panic to find a petrol station as a priority.

Waited 2 hrs to take a shuttle bus to the rental place about 20 min away. had to fight at reception and delivery of car for over 30 mins each time to get basic, fair treatment.

Cons: 1-In your website mentioned: rented car will be in terminal that means There is an office in the terminal to get the car but They met me in the airport and they took me with other customer by thier car to thier office out of airport to do the paper work which took time. 2-mentioned in the contract shared with me by your site that the price includs "Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax" but they asked me to pay the road tax. I gave the stars for employees Sinan and Kader.

The first car which I got broke with fumes coming from engine and I was stuck without any help for more than2 hrs to get feedback from Eren cars and later they told me to drive the car to there office in istanbul airport to change the car for me. It's risky but cheap

Their representative was not waiting for us, and arrived after we called them and a 10 minutes wait. Took us 5 people in his small car to their location. After going to their location which is around 12 minutes drive, paper work took around 45 min, which was too tiresome for me and my family. It can be done easily by introducing a computer system that can get information from the booking system.

Cons: Car wasn’t cleaned before we rented it. It also had scratches and damage to the outer body. Fuel was same to same. They gave it to us on completely empty which is more hassle- if except atleast a quarter or half tank. Full coverage insurance was very high at £200. Will always book separate insurance in the future.
