Pros: Easy peasy...

Cons: We tried to ring the phone numbers provided to us but it was disconnected number. We called 10 from the rentals phone in the airport. This was the only discomfort we had due to the time it took for them to answer our phone call as we were put on hold for a few minutes.

Cons: The showed check engine light and stalled, no back up camera. No confidence in car. Pick up at airport...phone numbers did not connect us. Dialing 10 as the form indicated did not work. Information desk helped us along with Easy Car Rental.

Cons: When wr drop off the van about 7.30pm, their staff didn't check the van probably then next day afternoon, the company call me and said the van got scratches, made me feel unfair, how can i know while the van stay there whole night, nothing happen, they supposed to check since i drop off at the first time, also i don't think that damage, it's happen when the van with us.

Cons: The car itself was in bad nick, I had booked one with AC and there wasn't any in this car. However Etrip refunded a day due to this. As well as this the horn didn't work and there was no screen wash in the car. Something that could have been mentioned at pick up.
