Pros: Andy was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly, helpful and thorough. He even helped find a lost passport! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him.

Cons: 1)I’d reserved manual transmission. The car they wanted to give me was automatic 2) I’d reserved GPS. their machine did not work. the rep tried to convince me to go without, saying the roads here are easy (they’re not. plus, it’s non EU and I had no reception on my phone) 3) after asking repeatedly if they could ask another company nearby if they had a spare GPS system, they did. only after telling me to give them a good review 4) the GPS broke right away 5) took me 2h to pick up the car

Pros: Agent at Sarande Port was exceptional. Very fast but clear in making sure I knew the terms and conditions.
Cons: The car had a dodgy seatbelt that sometimes didn't fix in. Everything else fine.
