Cons: I was a little bit early and the attendant proposed to me an other car (more expensive) ready at the moment. The car reserved was available only at the time accorded. I waited over than one hour even if I found the car in the parking with the dew of the night (no one has moved the car from the last night). I thought the attendant tried to sell me an overpriced car

UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 10 % battery charge remaining.
