Pros: All the agents were very friendly! Even upgraded our car for free once they heard where we were going and what we were doing.
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Utterly abysmal. On arrival, the sign directed me in the opposite direction of where there office was. This was compounded by the wrong location for the office being mapped on google. The worst bit? The car was undrivable. It was -7 outside and the windscreen washer reservoir was filled with water. It was a frozen block of ice the entire week. The roads were gritted and the windscreen was covered in salt and dirt in minutes. A 3 hour drive took 5.5 because I had to pull over every 20 minutes.
Pros: I would like our appreciation passed onto the representative at Europcar, he was extremely polite and caring. No pressure, no hassle, top class customer care. This was our first time of hiring a car ever and he could not have made the process or experience any easier. Huge thanks from us both.
Cons: N/A
Pros: Initial car damaged, had to get replacement which in their words was a new car. This was in fact a two year old car with over 35k mileage.
Cons: Trying to par you off with sub standard cars and hoping you upgrade
Pros: Excellent process at the rental desk, no hard sell on insurances just an explanation of the options. Julie at the desk was friendly and chatted while processing everything.
Cons: No complaints, all the staff on pick up and return were helpful and friendly.
