Pros: Everything is “self service”, apart from paying the money, and it’s really difficult to find where the given car was, even the number shown on the paper is far different from its actual location, and I had to press the car unlocking key to locate the car. Secondly, I was given a Skoda Karoq, and I complained and had to pay extra for a BMW X1 in the end. It took me more than 1 hour to get it done, with my luggage running up and down. Do this by yourself, and you know what I mean here.
Cons: The car was assign in the beginning is far different from their “similar car”. No one showed me in person where the car was parked. Since it’s difficult to locate as new to Brussels airport.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
