Cons: Book a car for 60€, then when you come to pickup you find out there is an extra charge of 60€ for early drop-off, knowing that would choose another rental company which tells you earlier about that than at desk!

Pros: The excellent customer service. Being met at the terminal to walk to the Europcar office. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service on collection and drop off. Clear instructions. NO hard sell of yet more insurance cover. Able to book an additional driver and know the cost before arriving. All in all an excellent service. We will definitely use Europcar again.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike, everything about Europcar was perfect.

Pros: Good rental price, the car was exactly what we expected.
Cons: The fee for returning the car outside office hours (morning before 8.00) required 60€ - so I returned it a day early... Due to my injury I couldn't drive, but my wife doesn't have her credit card and so I had to pay myself as an additional driver , otherwise it would not be possible to rent the car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 868.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
