Pros: Very efficient drop off process and service.
Cons: We were very pressured with scare tactics utilized by the rental agents in the event of any accidental damage. They made us feel very uneasy about renting a luxury vehicle and how much it would cost us personally if there was a serious accident that caused a loss to the vehicle. We were very tired after having flown overnight from Canada. In the end we surcomed to their pressure tactics and it cost us an additional €675.00. We felt very violated by the staff. I will not use this company again.

Pros: Car was annoying to drive as I hit a low flower plantar while driving on a Friday - which made the object sensors sounds go wonky….. very irritating noise and would not shut off. Drove car to Europa office in Marbella ( terrible location!!! And not open at all during weekends! Had to wait 2 days and no one was answering on the General Customer Service phone line ( PS also Please give an email address to report problems as I didn’t have a Spanish telephone option) Service there did not fix!

Mileage policy
For rentals lasting 1 to 2 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals of 3–27 days, mileage is unlimited.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
